Regular rate covers up to two adults plus up to three children age 16 and under. Additional adults will be charged at $10 per person per night, with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
ROOM RENTALS REQUIRE A $50 DEPOSIT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. Deposit will be applied toward rental when balance is paid upon arrival. Deposits will be returned if reservation is cancelled at least one week prior to scheduled arrival.
REMOTE CONTROL FOR ELECTRIC GATE will be issued for your stay upon arrival. Replacement cost for lost remote control is $30.
ALL PETS REQUIRE ADVANCED APPROVAL AND A $100 SECURITY DEPOSIT (due upon arrival). Daily charge of $15 per approved pet.
Minimum reservation 2 days.
There is a $50 service/chemical fee if you wish to have additional hot tub water changes during your visit.
Additional full hook-ups are available on site for RV units in your group. Please inquire for pricing.

SPECIAL FREE RACE PARKING
INCLUDED:
If you rent this Gobbler Nob suite during NASCAR races, a special
private parking space is included at our campground, less than a
mile from the Bristol Motor Speedway. You would also be
granted full campground privileges, including inside rest rooms,
showers, and use of the community building. Following the race, we
have a party for patrons of our campground and race rooms, with the
race replay on a big-screen TV. Fans bring beer, swap lies, and see
what they missed in real time.
NOTES for rentals during Race Weeks:
ROOM RENTALS FOR RACE EVENTS REQUIRE A $150 SECURITY DEPOSIT
AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. All other fees
will be due 60 days prior to the race.
Deposits will be refunded for race rooms cancellations received at least 60 days prior to the reservation date. A $100 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations received less than 60 days from the race date.
